Dynamic Balance 

Dynamic Balance is a growing physical care and bodywork practice in San Francisco. The company's goals are to disrupt the traditional methods and messages of commercial programs, pre-packaged and "one size fits all" health, wellness and physical solutions.

The Laurel Rede served Dynamic Balance in brand management and strategy, general business process consulting, and funding considerations. 

Oren's Kitchen

Oren's Kitchen is an artisinal food brand, in the gourmet aperitif business.

The Laurel Rede serves Oren's Kitchen in general business process consulting, brand management and strategy, and exploring new market opportunities.  To date, Oren's Kitchen has had success selling to Whole Foods Market, Monterey Market and other prestigious Bay Area retailers and has been met with public acclaim at several area Specialty Food fairs.  Oren's Kitchen was a featured brand at the NASFT Fancy Foods Show in January 2011. 

Prolecto Resources

Prolecto Resources is a consulting firm located in Beverly Hills, California with a focus on implementation and augmentation of the NetSuite ERP platform.

The Laurel Rede worked with Prolecto Resources for business analysis, customization, configuration, and implementation of NetSuite including Advanced Projects, e-Commerce/NetSuite Web Store, SuiteScripts, and all core modules.

Serena & Lily, Inc.  

Serena & Lily is an emerging home furnishings and textiles brand started in 2004. The company's continued strong growth despite the macroeconomic downturn since 2008 has meant rapid, diverse changes needed in Operating and Technology systems and strategies.

The Laurel Rede served Serena & Lily primarily in NetSuite ERP administration and systems integrations functions, an "IT Director for Hire". The focus was on NetSuite workflows, item records, Accounting processes, Search/Report functions, and general top-level Administrator functions.

WineGavel 

WineGavel specialized in fine wine auctions and direct to consumer online wine sales.

The Laurel Rede serves as a business advisory/oversight team, as well as serving as an implementation coordinator for operating best practices in each division since 2009.  

In early 2011, Jan Leigner stepped in as Interim COO/CFO. His work is centered around financial management, cashflow management, accounting oversight, systems consolidation and integrations, workflow creation and cross-divisional Operating efficiency.  Additionally, Jan works to train, monitor, and assist each division's leadership in tending to general business needs.

In early Fall 2011, WineGavel evolved to hire a permanent CEO and CFO. Jan served and provided a smooth transition of leadership before exiting the relationship.
